Sandhills Utility Services, LLC has approximately 27 employees in 30 job titles representing professional, engineering, accounting, computer, line construction, and support positions. The qualifications for these jobs range from requiring a high school education, or equivalent, up to college degrees in various disciplines.

It is our policy to promote from within when possible, however, when external positions are available, they are posted with the Employment Security Commission, various newspapers in the area and on all bulletin boards of the Sandhills Utility Services, LLC office. Applications will be issued from the office in Fort Bragg only when there are positions available. Each position requires a separate application and the applicant's qualifications must meet or exceed the listed minimum job requirements.
